As a Process Integration Engineer in our Advanced DRAM group, you will join world-class engineers in an industry-leading 300mm R&D facility to enable the future of memory scaling. You will focus on the performance and manufacturability of next-generation memories, specifically addressing integration and circuit issues for 3D DRAM technology. This is a place for curiosity, experimentation, and real impact as we develop solutions for virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
Lead technology development activities to enable the first 3D DRAM, focusing on components like charge storage devices and thin-film transistors.
Optimize process flows and develop creative solutions to meet complex product requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with process development, design, and yield enhancement teams to resolve performance and yield issues.
Design and manage experiments within the R&D fab to drive innovation.
Analyze inline, parametric, and probe data to evaluate failure mechanisms and optimize device reliability.
Communicate sophisticated technical problems and drive teams to implement necessary solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong functional knowledge of semiconductor device physics and process integration.
Experience with data analysis, experiment design (DOE), and statistical techniques.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
MS or PhD in a related technical field.
Detailed knowledge of mainstream memory technologies such as DRAM or NAND.
