Summary:The Director of Pricing leads the development and execution of strategic pricing initiatives across WPS. This role uses data analytics, market research, and competitive insights to optimize pricing models, improve margins, and support revenue growth. The Director of Pricing collaborates closely with finance, sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals. This position will report to the WPS-President.
Education and Qualifications:

8-12 years of experience in pricing, strategy, revenue management, or financial analysis. Preferred experience in Power Sports/ Automotive afterparts market.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequentlyis required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to sit for prolonged periods.
Heated and air-conditioned office; some travel may be required.
