OverviewThe Events & Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for customer-facing event activities that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple events throughout the year, including tradeshows, speaking opportunities, awards ceremonies, sponsorships, and various customer-facing engagements.
Responsibilities
- Intake and manage planning and execution of multiple global events to effectively promote AIT’s parent and subsidiary companies to reach event audiences: customers, partners, recruits and industry professionals.
- Implement playbook strategies to maximize brand presence at tradeshow floors and onsite activities, complete with milestone achievements.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and engagement across all event activities. Maintain continuous engagement with internal sales and operations teams dedicated to the event category with promotional activities. Negotiate space agreements and approve brand impact within event portals.
- Utilize high-level project management skills to track and manage events seamlessly throughout the year. Responsible for timelines, output and coordination with MARCOM teammates, running tasks parallel to support. Maintain an organized and efficient event calendar to track progress and deliverables in project management tool. Measure and report on event performance and success metrics.

- The wage range for this position is $82,730.00-$124,090.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Qualifications
Education• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Required)
Experience• 5+ years Experience in Event planning, marketing, convention services, and project management. Hands-on experience in organizing and managing large-scale events (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Complete understanding of marketable options to maximize brand reach, energizes and evolve brand position on-location i.e. execution supported by program graphic requirements, advertising or sponsorship purchasing, signage, booth design, media assets, digital requirements and more. Correlates to vendor management with rentals, exhibition partners and third-party support companies High• Strong project management abilities to streamline diverse events and work alongside multiple brands. Acquisition experience, especially with co-branding or brand transition scenarios. Experience with site-inspection processes and space selection for larger events High• Leverage brand reach and positioning skills to achieve marketable options to maximize brand reach and energize brand positioning with proven experience in event planning, promotion, and execution, while managing multiple events and projects simultaneously High• Visionary thinker to evolve steady and onboard event requirements High• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
