Role Overview
We are currently adding new members to our growing remote team and seeking individuals who enjoy creating positive client experiences and coordinating travel details. As a Travel Concierge, you'll assist travelers with planning customized getaways, organizing reservations, and helping ensure each trip is prepared according to their preferences and travel goals.

Responsibilities

Support clients with arranging travel plans including accommodations, airfare, cruises, excursions, and transportation

Research destination options and travel experiences that match client interests and budgets

Provide helpful recommendations and trip-planning guidance throughout the booking process

Communicate with travelers through email, messaging systems, phone, and virtual platforms

Coordinate reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary updates with supplier partners

Maintain organized and accurate travel records using internal systems

Monitor current travel trends, destination updates, and promotional opportunities

Assist clients from the initial planning stage through finalized travel arrangements
Qualifications
