Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to help maintain cleanliness and organization at our properties in Mission Viejo and Lake Forest. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
- Empty trash and recycling
- Restock supplies as needed
- Spot clean floors, windows, and high-touch areas
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Provide friendly, professional presence on-site
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or porter experience preferred (not required)
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
