Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Screen Printer to join our production team. Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing equipment
Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs
Print designs on garments and other materials according to job specifications
Inspect finished prints to ensure quality and consistency
Clean and reclaim screens and maintain an organized workspace
Assist with general production tasks as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
Screen printing experience preferred but not required (training available)
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
