Straight Shooters Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our HVAC service department. This role oversees daily operations, drives team performance, and ensures top-tier customer service while maximizing profitability.
What You’ll Do!!
Manage daily service operations, scheduling, and dispatch
Lead, coach, and develop HVAC technicians
Monitor performance, KPIs, and department profitability
Review and approve timecards, job reports, and payroll-related items
Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery
Partner weekly with company owners on performance, strategy, and growth
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HVAC service experience
2+ years in a leadership role preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with service software (ServiceTitan, Sera, etc.)
Valid driver’s license
Must pass Background Check
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 – $200,000 annually (based on experience + performance)
