In this impactful role, you will serve as the Strategic Financial Business Partner for key areas within the organization, such as the Wealth Segment. Accountabilities- Serve as a key member of the assigned area Leadership Team, actively participating in strategic and tactical planning.
- Provide financial and strategic support for product development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and transformational efforts.
- Collaborate with other Finance functions to ensure effective decision making.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings to facilitate communication and manage expectations.
- Build and mentor staff to support corporate goals and strategies.
- Identify and direct the development of business and financial models and reports.
- Facilitate the business management process, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Design programs to promote financial literacy within the organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Discipline, with a Master’s preferred.
- Professional designations such as CPA, CMA, or similar are highly desirable.
- 4-5 years of experience leading teams and providing strategic direction.
- 12+ years of experience in financial management within the financial services industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership.
- Experience in influencing business decisions and providing executive consultation.
