Technical & Customer Service Rep
40 hours / Week (M-F 8:30am-5pm)
$20- $25 / hour
Job Description: Answer Phones - Customer Service and Tech Questions related to our parts we sell and warranty; Process Warranties; Order Processing Support and Invoicing / Shipping Support; Walk-in Sales / Warranties. Looking for problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations calmly. Basic computer proficiency. High School diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a bonus.
Motorcycle Enthusiast is a Must!
