$100 Referral Bounty when you help us book a paid gig
Hi — we’re MagiCali Entertainment, a new OC-based DJ team founded by two experienced DJs/MCs.
We’re building our venue and client roster and running affordable paid trial sets.
Referral bounty (simple)
We’ll pay you $100 (Venmo / PayPal / cash) for each paid booking you help us land at any OC- or LA-area:
- restaurant / bar / lounge
- hotel / rooftop / lobby bar
- coffee shop / art gallery
- private party (birthday, celebration, etc.)
What we sound like (so you can match us to the right room)
- Lounge / hotel bar / rooftop: deep house, nu-disco, chill, soulful, melodic
- Restaurant / cafe / gallery: modern funk, indie dance, balearic, tasteful pop, downtempo

Our signature lane: "Calearic" — a Balearic-informed, California-leaning sound:
warm grooves, coastal energy, sunset tempos, soulful vocals, and eclectic dance music that makes people feel sexy and alive and happy.
- High-energy bar / private party: open-format (Top 40, throwbacks, hip-hop, latin, dance)
We can keep it clean and classy, or push it party-forward. The venue decides.
We ultimately take pride in client service. We’re not DJs who are going to push our own sound and smother what the venue is going for. We do weddings, after all, where the client might need us to play Cumbia or Bhangra or Taylor Swift. So we’re comfortable working across styles. If reggaeton is your venue’s vibe, we’ll do that. If rock and pop are your vibe, we’ll do that. We ultimately want to help the venue express itself through music.

Denon Prime Go+ (about laptop-sized; fits almost anywhere)

PA sound:
We’re proud of our BassBoss Sublim8 sound system ($16k system) — clean, full-range, and non-harsh.
It will comfortably cover indoor rooms up to about 300-400 people.

Lighting:
Wireless, DMX-controlled Ape Labs tubes and uplights. These are classy, architectural light (not the cheesy “gigbar” look).
Typical venue needs: depending on the setup, we can run on a small table near a power outlet,
or we may need a six-foot-wide table for Option A or Option B.
Trial gig structure (easy yes)
- 2 hours minimum (longer available)

Our price for trial gigs is embarrassingly low, which is why we’re not putting it in this ad.
Let's just say that it’s below minimum wage for two people for two hours. We're doing this to meet clients and wow them, not to make money (just yet).

How the $100 payout works
- You introduce us to an owner/manager (or send a warm lead)
- If the venue books and pays for a gig, you get $50

It’s $100 per booking for the first 90 days of that new client relationship
(multiple gigs = multiple payouts)

Owners, GMs, F&B managers, event managers — anyone who can book entertainment.
