Commercial Casualty Injury & Litigation Manager
Salary: $129,663 - $189,625, negotiable commensurate with experience

We're looking for a highly motivated Commercial Casualty Injury and Litigation Manager. As a Manager in the Commercial Casualty Litigation Claims unit, you will play a vital role in the company's success by leading your supervisors in the investigation of coverage, determination of liability, damages and handling of injury claims. The position may also include overseeing the handling of serious injuries and litigation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully driving results, a passion for helping others, and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team. A Commercial Casualty Manager may travel to attend trials and other litigation process events. Direction of complex coverage and liability investigations.

Requirements:
Must have 2+ years experience managing supervisors overseeing a team of Commercial Casualty Claims handlers
Must have experience in commercial trucking (preferred) or commercial auto
Must be able to build strong engagement and support in teams working across multiple locations including fully remote associates
Must be able to provide direction of complex coverage and liability investigations
Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts, or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
Must be able to communicate in a clear, empathic, and professional manner by telephone, on video conference, and via instant messaging platforms
Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
Must perform duties at a stationary workstation
Preferred: Experience handling multiple states

Annual Salary
$115,825.00 - $181,425.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidates work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
