About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Operations Coordinator to join our Miami office, directly supporting the Head of HR & Operations. This role sits at the intersection of people, operations, and culture, serving as a key partner in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting talent initiatives and internal programs. Key Responsibilities
• Act as the central point of coordination for Miami office operations, including vendors, supplies, mail, and overall office experience
• Manage internal communications systems, including shared inboxes, phone systems, and general inquiries
• Support recruiting efforts by managing candidate pipelines, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives to support a strong and engaging company culture
• Lead and manage the company’s internship program end-to-end, including university partnerships, recruiting, onboarding, programming, and evaluations
• Coordinate internal initiatives such as employee communications, monthly reporting, and company-wide updates
• Assist with light finance-related tasks, including expense tracking, office budgets, and coordination with accounting
•Directly provide administrative and operational support to the Director of HR & Operations
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, HR, or administrative support
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
