About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Supply Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and supply chain operations. As the Associate Supply Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our COGS and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Your responsibilities
•Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, for supply chain activities, including COGS, inventory management, and distribution.
Cost Management: Monitor and control costs associated with supply chain operations, working to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency.
• Reporting: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track supply costs and performance metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, providing explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and influence business decisions related to supply chain operations.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks within the supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring financial stability and continuity of operations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory valuation, monitor turnover rates, and ensure accurate cost allocation for goods in transit and in stock.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial activities within the supply chain comply with company policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
The experience we're looking for
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required.
- 5+ years of finance / accounting experience – including 2-3 years within a supply chain or operations finance role.
- Strong financial analysis demonstrated in previous positions.
- Strong IT skills, covering SAP based accounting systems and Excel

US pay transparency
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $104,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
