We’re Hiring: Interior Designer & Procurement Coordinator
Join our growing team and bring spaces to life while managing the sourcing and procurement process behind the scenes. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional who can blend design vision with strong organizational and vendor coordination skills.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Prepare space plans, finish selections, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications
- Coordinate procurement of furniture, materials, and equipment
- Source vendors, request quotes, and negotiate pricing
- Track orders, deliveries, and installation timelines
- Maintain budgets and ensure alignment with project cost targets
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design execution
- Resolve any issues related to orders, damages, or delays
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in interior design and/or procurement
- Strong design skills with knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E
- Experience with sourcing and vendor management
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must reside in Miami, FL or surrounding areas
- Must have valid and up-to-date legal authorization to work in the United States
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or commercial projects
- Familiarity with procurement platforms and budgeting tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
📍 Location: Miami, FL
Please note that this role is not located at the Holiday Inn Express hotel property. The position will support construction projects at designated job sites throughout the Miami area.
