The Prometric Team in Anaheim is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Test Center Administrator.
Job Description:
Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures. Greet examinees and verify identification. Perform required security checks including the use of wands. Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams. Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency. Always maintain secure environment and materials in the test center. Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience. Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations. Safeguard the test center from misconduct. If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age to qualify
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers
Ability to write detailed and accurate reports and correspondence
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
Great Customer Service Skills
Able to problem solve and work as a team
Job Specifics:
• Part-time
• Hourly wage: Starting $18/hr
• Must be Available: Monday-Saturday
• Shifts are broken up into 2 shifts per day. Morning (7-12pm) and afternoon (12-6pm) shift. These shifts may vary an hour or so.
• Hours of operation 7-6pm
