1. POSITIONS & TERMS
A. Presser
Hours: * Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Part-Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM OR 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Negotiable)
Pay:
Experienced: Starting at $19/hr (Experience with shirts, pants, jackets, etc. preferred)
No Experience: Starting at $18/hr
Pay is reviewable every 3 months based on performance and shop conditions.
Requirements: Diligent, punctual, and a team player. Local residents near Oceanside are preferred.
B. Counter & Front Desk
Hours: Afternoon Shift Preferred (12:00 PM – 6:30 PM)
Flexible short shifts are available; working days to be discussed.
Seeking long-term, consistent employees.
Pay:
Experienced (Dry Cleaners Counter): Starting at $18/hr
No Experience: Starting at $17/hr
Start as Part-Time with the potential to transition to Full-Time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities: Customer service, garment inspection, tagging, and packing.
Requirements: * Basic English proficiency is required for customer interaction.
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
Must be able to lift and handle laundry bags up to 25 lbs.
Punctuality and honesty are essential.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
Trial Period: There will be a one-week trial period upon hiring.
Growth: Regular performance reviews every 3 months for potential pay adjustments.
Location: Oceanside, CA.
