POSITION SUMMARY
Perform maintenance on property vehicles (i.e., tractors, trucks, utility vehicles, and electric carts) including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, charging bteries, and replacing spark plugs. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubricion. Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Maintain daily logs of operion, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work. Perform daily course set-up functions (e.g., changing cups). Maintain turf, including performing cultural practices (e.g., aerificion and topdressing). Maintain bunker areas. Haul merials and remove debris using tractors and other machinery. Mow grass using a riding or walk-behind mower. Trim and edge grass in areas th mowers cannot reach. Opere chainsaw to cut trees and/or tree limbs. Install grass, trees, and shrubs. Install, maintain, and opere irrigion systems, Opere tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies. Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certificions. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary informion; protect company assets. Support team to reach common goals. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Grasp, turn, and manipule objects of varying size and weight. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Move up and down ladders, stairs and/or service ramps. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educion: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Reled Work Experience: Less than 1 year reled work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
