POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Generalist (Hybrid Remote) is responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in maintaining organizational effectiveness by ensuring consistent application of HR programs, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
- Assist with payroll coordination by ensuring accurate employee data and timekeeping records
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to support retention strategies
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR role, full-cycle recruiting, and benefits administration
- Proficient in the use of HRIS systems (UKG, Paycor, Paycom, etc.) and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening
Other Physical Requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and operating office equipment.
