We build playgrounds across Southern California and we’re looking for a sales rep who thrives in a role where effort directly drives income.
This role combines in office work with time in the field. You’ll be building relationships, developing opportunities, and closing deals with schools, cities, contractors, preschools, churches, and other community organizations.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Prospecting and building your own pipeline
-Cold calling and following up on leads
-Traveling throughout Southern California for meetings, presentations and site visits
-Managing leads and projects in CRM
-Staying organized with outreach, follow-ups, and project details
-Turning conversations into signed contracts
What You Bring
-Strong work ethic and consistency
-Comfortable with both office work and in person meetings
-Confident communication and outreach skills
-Organized and able to manage multiple deals
-Experience in sales, construction, or similar roles is a plus
