Salary: $60,000/year (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are a commercial playground company looking for a reliable Construction Assistant / Site Inspector to visit job sites, monitor our crews, and make sure work is done correctly and safely.
This is a field position. Daily travel across Southern California is required.
What You’ll Do:
-Visit active job sites daily
-Check quality of work and ensure standards are met
-Communicate with crews and project managers and correct issues on-site
-Take photos and upload updates/reports
-Keep projects organized and on track
What We’re Looking For:
-Construction experience (required)
-Familiar with tools, job site practices, and quality standards
-Organized and detail oriented
-Strong personality, able to speak up and hold crews accountable
-Good communication skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Willing to drive daily across Southern California
