KITCHEN MANAGER
Location: Coffee Dose –Encinitas, CA
Compensation: $28–$33/hr D.O.E.
Coffee Dose is not your average coffee shop — we’re edgy, caffeinated, and unapologetically
bold. We serve up cheeky vibes and seriously good food for our cult-following of
health-conscious moms and brunch addicts who expect more than just avocado toast.
We’re on the hunt for a badass Kitchen Manager who can lead our fast-paced back-of-house
with precision, passion, and a little attitude.
YOU ARE:
●A natural-born leader who can rally a kitchen team without losing your cool.
Obsessed with quality, consistency, and plating food that looks as good as it tastes.
Fluent in Spanish (a must — our back-of-house runs in Spanglish).
Experienced with breakfast/brunch menus and volume service.
Clean, organized, and calm under pressure.
Ready to grow with us — because Coffee Dose is expanding across SoCal.
