Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician / Construction (Orange County)
We are a licensed, established maintenance and repair company serving Orange County, providing residential, HOA, and multi-family maintenance and construction services. We are growing and looking for a reliable, skilled technician to join our team.
We are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with strong hands-on experience in construction trades. This role requires someone who can confidently handle a variety of repair and remodel tasks in the field.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades
Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
Complete work orders efficiently and correctly the first time
Communicate job progress, updates, and issues clearly
Work independently or with a team as needed
Travel between job sites throughout Orange County
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance/construction
Strong working knowledge of:
Plumbing
Electrical
Drywall & texture
Stucco repair
Painting
Tile
Basic concrete work
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field
Must have own basic tools (we provide larger tools & materials)
Valid Driver’s License required
