We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team and help create memorable stays for our guests.
Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while handling daily front office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Process reservations and payments accurately
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining recommendations
Resolve guest concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
Complete daily reports and administrative tasks
Uphold hotel standards and brand hospitality expectations
Qualifications
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and POS systems
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualities
Experience with hotel PMS systems
Knowledge of Laguna Beach and surrounding attractions
