We are looking for a Grill Cook who understands the importance of execution, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
Location: Pacific Beach (956 Garnet Ave, San Diego)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage the grill station (meats, tortillas, proteins)
Ensure proper cooking temperatures and consistency in every dish
Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
Follow prep lists, recipes, and portioning standards
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
Support overall kitchen operations when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience working on a grill (taquería or similar concept preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of urgency and responsibility
Team player attitude
Must be reliable and punctual
Food Handler Card (or willing to obtain)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
