Job Description/Responsibilities
This role leads the Division Sales Execution function, owning how strategy translates into performance across six states, with a heavy concentration in California. You’ll lead a team of 200+ and work closely with sales leadership and distributor partners to ensure priorities show up in-market with consistency and impact. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on driving volume, share, and execution through strong systems, clear accountability, and disciplined KPI management. You’ll shape how the division operates while building a strong bench of future sales leaders.
Location Requirement: This role requires the selected candidate to reside within the state of California.
What You’ll Do• Lead and scale a 200+ person, multi-state execution team, driving accountability, capability, and results across six markets• Own how strategy translates to execution across independent liquor, chains, and on-premise, ensuring priorities deliver against volume and share goals• Drive performance through KPIs, SOPs, and operating rhythms, using data to identify gaps and course-correct quickly• Mobilize distributor partners and field teams to deliver against complex, multi-faceted initiatives at scale• Build and develop a strong leadership bench, coaching teams and creating clear pathways for growth
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:• Bachelor’s degree• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within CPG, beverage, or alcohol industries• Proven ability to lead large, multi-state teams (200+ scope) and drive results through distributor/route-to-market environments• Experience across multiple channels, including independent liquor, chains, and on-premise
Preferred:• Distributor strategy or distributor management experience, including mobilizing large teams against complex KPIs• Experience leading execution-focused organizations with strong systems, planning, and performance management• Background working cross-functionally with sales, brand, and field teams to drive in-market results

The annual salary range for this role is $196,600 - $294,900. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
