We are looking for a reliable and proactive Retail Merchandiser & Brand Ambassador to represent our company (food distribution) across retail locations in San Diego.
This role combines in-store product promotion, inventory management, and merchandising execution. You will be responsible for maintaining strong product visibility, engaging with customers, and ensuring stores are well-stocked and organized.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote products in-store and educate customers about the brand and product features
- Ensure product is organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Perform product rotation (FIFO) to maintain freshness
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to the company
- Track and report sales, store conditions, and customer feedback
- Build positive relationships with store staff and management
- Visit multiple store locations on a regular schedule
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and commercial experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation required
Nice to Have
- Experience in grocery, food market
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
