Impact Housing, a vertically integrated modular design-builder and developer headquartered in Southern California, is currently hiring for our GC vertical (iConstruct).
We have multiple professional level roles based out of our San Diego office:
* Superintendent (multiple openings)
* Sr. Superintendent
* Asst. Project Manager
* Sr. Project Manager
If you have the following experience, then you might be a fit!
- 5-10 yrs. (more for senior level roles) in commercial and/or podium multi-family (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of San Diego trades and permit process
- Project scheduling, budget oversight, subcontractor coordination, etc.
- Site safety and quality standards
- Supervision of staff
- Excellent communication skills - Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
- Excellent employment tenure (REQUIRED)
