Job Overview
We are looking for an entry position for a Data Scrubber & Filter to support our business development in AEC industry
by filtering the leads before importing into our CRM.
The position is a newly created position to help and support our Sales Team growth. The Data Scrubber position is part-time, hourly rate $20 to start with 120 days merit review. Flexible hours in the office, perfect for a student in junior and or senior level seeking work experience.
Duties
• Scrub the data from our lead sources
• Import the filtered data into our CRM
• Filter prospects and schedule meetings for senior team
• Identify decision-makers (principals, project managers, VPs)
• Track calls, notes, and appointments in CRM
• Make follow up calls to AEC firms and construction professionals as needed
• Ad hoc assignments as needed
Experience
• 1+ year hands on experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Average typing speed of 45 WPM
• 1+ year experience in inside sales, lead generation, or B2B telemarketing
• Professional phone presence (this is not consumer sales)
• Comfortable speaking with executives and technical professionals
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience with CRM systems ( Zoho preferred)
• Reliable transportation (in-office role)
