A Manhattan‑based Real Estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of administrative experience.
Fully onsite Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm
Salary - $80-85K + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office organization, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and vendor account oversight.
- Maintain digital and hard‑copy filing systems and track storage invoices.
- Support basic marketing tasks such as updating website content, newsletters, and mailing lists.
- Register visitors, prepare expense reports, and assist with internal administrative processes.
- Provide meeting support, including preparing materials and assisting with board‑related documentation.
- Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings with external parties, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
