Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to support our growing fintech organization. This hybrid role combines accounting responsibilities with financial planning, analysis, and operational finance support.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

Ensure GAAP compliance

Oversee AP/AR and cash management
-
Support audits and tax filings
Finance / FP&A:

Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis

Build financial models
-
Analyze revenue and product performance
-
Provide KPI reporting and insights
-
Cash flow forecasting
Operational / Fintech:

Analyze transaction and payment data
-
Support financial system integrations
-
Improve processes and automationQualifications- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

4–8+ years experience

Fintech/SaaS preferred

Strong Excel and ERP experience
