Ghost is partnering with one of the fastest-growing companies in the creator economy to hire their first Head of Strategy & Biz Ops.
This company has scaled to $8M+ ARR with a team of fewer than 10 people, is growing 30% month-over-month, supports 950K+ creators and 1,000+ brands, and facilitates $1M+ in weekly creator payouts. They're building the operating system for creator-led marketing and are looking for a high-agency operator to work directly alongside the founders as they scale.

What You'll Do
- Build and optimize internal operating systems, workflows, and processes across the business
- Own critical business operations including onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, vendor management, and compliance processes
- Lead recruiting efforts and manage the hiring funnel from sourcing through candidate experience
- Partner directly with high-value customers and support managed service engagements
- Develop playbooks and scalable processes that multiply founder effectiveness
- Drive strategic initiatives while also executing the operational details that keep the business moving
What We're Looking For
- Ambitious & energentic - someone who wants to work in a fast paced early stage startup
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting (MBB), investment banking, Chief of Staff, or startup leadership roles
- Experience working directly with founders or executive teams, ideally in an early-stage startup environment
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills
- Experience building systems, workflows, operational processes, or CRM infrastructure
- Confident client-facing communicator who can independently lead customer conversations
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Location: New York City (FiDi) – 5 days/week in office
