We are in search of a Butcher/Salumist for our new Butchery, Market & Cafe concept in Yorba Linda, CA!
Duties will include whole animal fabrication, processing of fresh sausages, salumi and dry-aging. The production in this concept will also support our existing full service restaurant located across the street. The estimated opening is slated for late summer 2026.
This is a unique opportunity for someone that truly has a passion for the old world techniques of butchery and salumi production. Candidates must have a proven skill set and will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills hands-on as part of the interview process.
