Premier Colour Inc. is a leading ink distributor in Orange County with over 20 years of business stability. We are seeking a reliable, highly detail-oriented professional to join our team in Costa Mesa. This is a critical role ensuring our professional customers receive their orders with 100% accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using the Shopify order management system.
Customer Support: Professionally assist walk-in customers with orders and handle incoming phone calls in English.
Warehouse Operations: Receive and organize incoming freight, maintain an orderly inventory, and ensure the warehouse remains clean and safe.
Physical Work: Must be comfortable lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs consistently.
Requirements
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy is non-negotiable. If you are not naturally detail-oriented, this is not the right position for you.
Language: Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for our daily schedule.
Compliance: Must pass a standard background check.
Experience: Warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
