Specifically looking for motivated stars living in the north county, down to the central county of San Diego.
These products are:
Exclusive to preferred contractors (not sold in stores or to other contractors).
Lifetime labor and material warranty for up to three successive homeowners.
Products include:
Exterior coatings (after exterior repairs)
Windows and glass doors (including large multi-sliders/bi-folding)
Roofs (cool roofs, energy-efficient)
All products have:
Federally approved energy efficiency.
Class A fire rating (providing insurance discounts and potential tax credits).
Position Structure
Training:
Two weeks paid training in-office.
No prior sales experience required.
Appointments:
After training, appointments are provided.
Appointments are confirmed with both homeowners present.
Sales:
In-home sales presentations.
Training yields a 60% closing ratio.
Compensation:
Hourly draw pay + commission (7.5 to 15% of gross sales).
Income potential: $120,000 to $600,000+ annually.
Progression:
After 2–3 months of successful performance, you can operate independently, gaining resales and referrals, and continue to be provided with company leads.
Benefits:
Full-time employees (after three months) can request health insurance.
Weekly pay (every Friday).
