We’re currently looking for seasoned or Entry Level Licensed Life Insurance Advisors. This opportunity is designed for those who want to build a serious, long-term career in both insurance and sales, with strong support systems, hands-on training, and real growth potential.
NOTE: If you are NOT licensed but willing to obtain it your license in 1 week we want to speak with you!
In this role, you’ll be working directly with clients helping individuals and families understand their options and select life insurance coverage that fits their financial situation and long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
Engage with warm, inbound prospects through company-generated live calls
Educate clients on life insurance solutions and recommend the best-fit coverage
Provide a smooth, professional experience from initial conversation to policy approval
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations
Remain compliant and informed on product updates, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
Collaborate with leadership and team members while continuing to sharpen your sales skills
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Currently holds an active life insurance license (required)
Driven, disciplined, and open to coaching and feedback
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
