We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Hanger/Packers and Set Up Techs to join our manufacturing team in Laguna Hills. This role is responsible for preparing products for processing and ensuring finished goods are properly packaged for shipment. The set up tech is responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion lines to produce the product by following work order specs.
Key Responsibilities for Hanger/Packer:
Hang parts or materials onto racks according to production requirements
Remove finished products and package them safely and accurately
Inspect items for quality and report any defects
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Key Responsibilities for Set up Tech:
Perform hanger/packer duties as needed
Make counter adjustments to bring product within specs
Perform screen changes
Correct wire out issues
Start up extruder lines
Perform spool changes
Measure & Adjust Wire tension
Scan materials
Man automation operations
Perform quality inspections
Observe Lock out Tag out process
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and reliability
2 shifts available
1st - 7:30am-4pm ($18)
3rd - 11:30pm-8am ($20)
