What you’ll do:
Speak with inbound and outbound leads
Build rapport with homeowners facing foreclosure or mortgage hardship
Conduct intake and gather hardship details
Follow up by phone, text, and email
Help move prospects into the enrollment process
Coordinate with management and team members
Stay organized and maintain detailed notes
Help clients take action before it is too late
