About the Role:
Vivid Graphic Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Installer to manage and execute retail and commercial graphic installations. This role requires a strong understanding of installation techniques, the ability to lead a team on-site, and confidence in handling project challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation crews on-site for various projects
Install wall graphics, window graphics, and other vinyl applications
Review site conditions and determine the best installation approach
Address and resolve installation challenges in the field
Maintain quality standards and ensure clean, accurate installs
Communicate job progress and any issues with management
Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic installation (vinyl, walls, windows required)
Prior experience leading or assisting in leading a crew
Background in construction, signage, or related trade is a plus
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on-site
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours depending on project needs
