The Position
This is a full-time, W-2 employee position. Your primary responsibility is stucco repair and patch work on residential and HOA properties after our electrical crew completes service work. That is the core of this role, and it is non-negotiable -- you need to be genuinely excellent at it.
When you are not on a job site, you will assist with light restocking and inventory management at our warehouse in Laguna Hills. Everything else outside of stucco we can train you for. Stucco expertise we cannot.
We are looking for someone with the drive to grow. This position has a clear path upward for the right person. If you are coachable, show up consistently, and take pride in your work, there is room to take on more responsibility over time.
Who We Are
The Tradesman Electric, Inc. is an established electrical contracting company serving Orange County since 1991. Our crew handles panel replacements and field electrical work throughout the region, and when we open walls and ceilings, the finished product has to match the craftsmanship of the electrical work inside. We hold every member of our team to that same standard.
What We Are Looking For
- Required: Stucco repair is the foundation of this position. All other skills are secondary.
- Proven, extensive experience in stucco repair and patch work -- a genuine track record of quality results, not just a few jobs
- Photos and references from completed stucco projects (required before any hire conversation moves forward)
- Reliability -- on time, every time, no exceptions
- Excellent communication -- clear, prompt, and professional with the team and on job sites
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within an established crew
- Coachable and motivated to grow -- we invest in people who invest in themselves
- Pride in your craft -- if "good enough" is your standard, this is not the right fit
- A Plus (Not Required): Experience with drywall repair or other construction trades is a bonus. We can train for additional responsibilities -- but stucco is where you need to show up ready.
