🎨 Position 2: Refinish Technician (Painter)
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience
Strong color matching & tinting ability
Experience spraying basecoat / clearcoat
Ability to blend panels properly
Knowledge of metallics, pearls, tri-stage paints
Cut and buff / polishing experience
Maintain clean and organized work area
Knowledge on winterbourne painting systems/skills
Bonus:
R&I (remove & install parts)
Body filler work (bondo) & panel repair
WE PAY BASED ON EXPEIRENCE. STARTING OUT $25-$35. WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL TIME!
