The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our 84-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Montgomery, AL.
This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial results.
What you'll do:
- Lead all aspects of daily hotel operations
- Drive guest satisfaction, brand standards, and service excellence
- Manage hotel financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, profitability)
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Partner with Sales to maximize occupancy and revenue growth
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance
- Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Strong understanding of Hilton brand standards (Hampton preferred)
- Track record of driving financial results and guest satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for team development and service excellence
