We're Hiring: Senior IT Specialist/Help Desk | End-User Focused | Cross-Platform Expertise. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support with a client-first mindset? We’re looking for a proactive, knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver seamless technology experiences across Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct support to end users, ensuring high customer satisfaction and technical resolution.
- Manage and maintain Windows and macOS systems, including updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms, supporting user access, security, and productivity tools.
- Handle tickets and workflows using a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in client-facing IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and PSA workflows.
This is a direct-hire position, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, with clients in Chicago, 2-3 days a week. You must be local to apply for this position.
