Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is comprised of a guaranteed base salary and productivity bonus.
The compensation range is $143,000 to $200,000+. Compensation range is a combination of base salary and bonus for a full-time advanced practice provider. Most providers attain productivity bonus after the first full bonus year. The actual compensation will be based on the following factors: net collections, expense ratio, work experience, certifications, tenure, geography, and practice contribution. Additional benefits include medical benefits, 401K, paid time off, malpractice, and CME. Other benefits are in accordance with Vanguard’s benefits policy.
