The Opportunity
HealthEZ is seeking a Help Desk & Network Administrator to join our growing IT team. This hybrid role will provide hands-on end-user support while also administering and enhancing our infrastructure — with a strong emphasis on MS Windows Server services, Microsoft Azure Network components, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, and a good grasp on identity management. You’ll play a key part in supporting our modern cloud-first environment, ensuring security, reliability, and a great user experience. This is an onsite/hybrid position. Our office location is Bloomington, Minnesota.
What You Will Do - Help Desk & User Support
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for desktops, laptops (Windows/Mac), mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person.
- Manage support tickets from creation to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation.
- Microsoft Cloud Administration
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.
- Manage Azure Active Directory / Entra ID for user accounts, roles, security groups, and conditional access policies.
- Assist with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure networking, and resource management.
- Support identity and access management, MFA, SSO, and security compliance requirements.
- Network & Systems Administration
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, VPN).
- Support and maintain VMware virtual environments and Windows Server infrastructure.
- Assist with system monitoring, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Projects & Process Improvements
- Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Research, recommend, and implement tools and solutions to enhance performance, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications
What we expect from you - 3+ years of experience in technical support and/or system/network administration.
- Strong knowledge of
- Microsoft Azure administration and services
- Microsoft Windows Servers
- Microsoft 365 suite administration
- Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
- Windows workstation & macOS environments
- Experience with
- VMware administration
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Cisco switches/routers (preferred)
- Remote access tools (VPN, RDP, etc.)
- Anti-virus/malware solutions (CrowdStrike experience preferred)
- VoIP/phone system support (8x8 experience a plus)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across the organization.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Hourly Rate Compensation Range for this role is $55,000-$70,000*
