IT Support Specialist II
Location: Chandler, AZ

This is a full-time onsite position located in Chandler, AZ.
Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist II serves as the primary on-site technical resource supporting employees across the Qualastat and C.E. Precision Assemblies business units. This role provides hands-on support for end users, desktop systems, network connectivity, and general IT infrastructure within a Windows-based environment.
This individual will troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues, support hardware and software deployments, and assist with maintaining reliable and secure IT systems that support business operations. The role works closely with corporate IT resources, local leadership, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions remain stable, secure, and aligned with operational needs.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting users, improving processes, and contributing to IT projects that enhance productivity and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Provide on-site technical support for employees across both business units
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues
- Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Support mobile devices, VoIP systems, and telecommunications platforms
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and scanners
- Document issues and resolutions within the service management system
Systems & Infrastructure Support
- Assist with workstation imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Support Active Directory user management including account provisioning and access changes
- Assist with endpoint security, patching, and system updates
- Support network troubleshooting in coordination with corporate IT resources
- Maintain hardware inventory and assist with asset tracking
- Support backup systems and endpoint protection tools
IT Operations & Projects
- Assist with hardware upgrades, deployments, and system improvements
- Support networking, cabling, and infrastructure updates within the facility
- Coordinate with external vendors when required
- Participate in local IT improvement initiatives that increase system reliability and efficiency
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
Required
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration
- Experience with Active Directory user management
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking issues
- Experience supporting printers, scanners, and office equipment
- Strong communication and customer support skills
Preferred
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools and patch management processes
- Experience supporting VoIP or telecommunications systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Salary Range
$55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
