About The Role
Rolle IT is seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and quick-thinking Systems Administrator to join our IT consulting team. In this client-facing role, you will work directly with organizations to support, maintain, and optimize their IT infrastructure.
This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools, automation, and modern IT management platforms to perform tasks efficiently and strategically. You must be comfortable working independently, interacting professionally with clients, and managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
- Manage, maintain, and optimize server environments (on-premises and cloud)
- Monitor system performance and respond quickly to incidents to ensure uptime and reliability
- Implement updates, patches, and system improvements to maintain stability and security
- Leverage AI-driven tools, scripting, automation, and modern IT management solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and backup solutions
- Support networking infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Design, implement, and maintain security best practices across client environments
- Communicate clearly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and explain technical solutions in business-friendly language
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client systems, configurations, processes, and incident resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams on projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes through automation and strategic tool utilization
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar technical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, scripting, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (Linux experience a plus)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client environments
- Professional, client-facing demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with RMM tools and enterprise backup solutions
- Experience working in an IT consulting or managed services environment

Work Environment
This position is based in Brevard County, Florida, with a combination of onsite and remote work. Candidates must be available to work onsite as needed and travel to client locations (approximately 50%).
