The position: We’re looking for an
Intern to join our IT team! This role is perfect for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in growing in IT. An IT intern supports the team by assisting with daily technical tasks, participating in meetings and projects, creating documentation, and learning organizational IT practices.
The internship is expected to end on December 31, 2026.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
- Technically curious, motivated to grow, and comfortable building foundational IT skills in a hands-on setting
- Desired qualifications:
- Basic understanding of enterprise software delivery models
- Ability to learn customer workflows and apply them to applications
- Familiarity with software development fundamentals
- Experience with Windows desktop and/or server environments
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical documentation and procedures
- Reliable participation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What will you do?
- Support daily IT tasks and assist with projects related to your field of study
- Collaborate with application service teams to support IT Applications
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops
- Help create and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Learn and follow organizational IT policies, procedures, and workflows
- Contribute ideas during team discussions and problem-solving sessions
- Assist with basic technical support and customer service for end-users
- Help install operating systems and software on new devices
- Support maintenance of existing computer systems and applications
- Conduct research and basic data analysis to improve IT processes or systems
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Help organize or support IT-related events or activities
