Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Senior IT Support Specialist located in Philadelphia, PA area at KDI Office Technology. The Senior IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computers, physical and virtual servers, basic networking, information technology, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis. Support will be provided via remote and on-site visits with clients.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Troubleshooting of IT issues, including desktops, servers, cloud M365, and basic networking.
- Experience in Information Technology
