Job Description:
Most importantly, you will focus on supporting our team and clients by keeping our technology running smoothly and securely. You will manage and troubleshoot systems, networks, and software applications to ensure business operations flow seamlessly. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our staff by providing clear, reliable solutions, and you’ll act as the bridge between employees, vendors, and technical resources. Your goal will be to deliver an unparalleled IT experience that allows our business to thrive.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with hardware, networking, and common business software
- Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset
Based on your ability and willingness to learn, you will have the opportunity to advance to other positions within the company.
Salary: From $30,000.00 per year to $75,000.00
