Medical Facilities of America is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of
Regional Director of Human Resources. This position will initially support our Southwest region(of North Carolina) with the potential to assist with additional geographic areas in the future. This position currently supports and travels to skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities located in the greater Charlotte & Greensboro areas, and will need to regularly travel as far west as Maggie Valley.
As the Regional Director of Human Resources, you will partner with Healthcare Center Administrators and Directors of Human Resources providing counsel and guidance on the full employment life cycle including, but not limited to talent acquisition and recruiting, retention and employee relations, policy and procedure implementation and interpretation, employee-related concerns, and other human resources functions.

Care Beyond Compare. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

- Ability to provide effective guidance and leadership to diverse groups of individuals.
Key Responsibilities - Provide guidance on execution of the organization's human resources and talent strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership team at the healthcare centers and the Vice President of Operations on the region's recruiting strategy and staffing needs.
- Review and audit facility human resource operations to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.
- Provide counsel and guidance on all general human resources programs including, but not limited to, the following: recruiting, performance management, training, employment law compliance, coaching and counseling, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping and payroll, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee relations, and retention.
- Support learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Provide guidance and oversight to Human Resources Directors on employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, including reasonable accommodations, employee disciplinary meetings, employment terminations, and internal investigations.
- Analyze and present HR related materials to help in guiding the centers.
- Provide guidance on company policy implementation and interpretation.
- Perform site visits to healthcare centers as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team on company-wide projects and programs.
